The Instant Connect service app facilitates the creation of guest-to-guest meetings. All customers shall approve the Instant connect service App. Once a customer approves the App, we can use the service App's machine account access token to create a meeting in the customer's org. Easy and secure access to on-demand video meetings. Guests can join the meeting instantaneously without the need for Webex App or login credentials.
Setup Instructions:
- Log in to the Control Hub (https://admin.webex.com).
- Navigate to Management > Apps > Service Apps, find "Instant Connect Service App."
- Click the app to view details. If not visible, request Admin Authorization or App Hub submission.
- Click Authorize and then Save. Your authorization is logged in AdminAudit.
- Inform the developer of the authorization (optional).
